Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at adam.myphasefashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Swimwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, without giving a reason. Please contact us at adam.myphasefashion@gmail.com to exercise this right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct size or colour.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at adam.myphasefashion@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
