Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Ireland & UK: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Multiple Shipments

As some of our products are sourced from different suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
